People choose to stay back because they have been living in the house for so so long.
They do not want to make any change, they are lazy to move.
But eventually, you still need to move out from the house because it is not yours.
This applies to every situation in reality.
If it is not yours, then give it back to the owner.
Do not rely on others to get your happiness, or in other way round, do not ever hurt people just to make yourselves happy!
